What to do to protect and secure Scotland's future

There is one thing that is unarguable: Scotland will not flourish properly as a nation until it is sovereign and in complete control of its affairs and its future. This is not the case now. How can we make it so? 

1. Join and Support the Scottish National Party

The only major party in Scottish politics that is dedicated completely to returning Scottish sovereignty to Edinburgh is the Scottish National Party. Founded in 1934, the organization has worked tirelessly and passionately to win the trust of the people and bring to the forefront the issue of Scotland's independence and future. From fighting its first general election in 1935 to earning the distinguished role of Official Opposition Party in the Scottish Parliament in 1999 and 2003, the S.N.P. has achieved much. But there is still much to be done, many hearts to be won over, more challenges to overcome.

Becoming a member of the SNP will allow you to officially align yourself with the major independence force in Scotland. You don't have to be a Scottish citizen to join - you need only have a genuine concern for the future of Scotland. SimplyScottish.com is one of the only websites on the internet today that is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and protecting Scotland. Since 1998, the site's producer, Andrew McDiarmid, has worked to share with others all over the world Scottish features, resources, and, most importantly, the information needed to help safeguard the nation's future. But your help is needed. This site is done on a volunteer basis. Money is needed to help cover web hosting costs, promotional projects, and offline publicity.
