About the Scottish Citizenship Register

What's It All About?

In 1707, the Treaty of Union effectively stripped Scotland and England of national sovereignty. (Wales' sovereignty had been robbed much earlier) Those in control of the entity of "Britain" do not care about national sovereignty or self-determination. They want all three nations melted into one 'nation', the "united kingdom". They care not about the rights of the citizens. They impose labels like 'Briton' and 'UK national'. Immigration institutions in Scotland, England, Wales, as well as those in other countries, will not recognize your proper citizenship. They will say your country of birth is the 'United Kingdom' and that you are a 'Briton'. Why is this happening? Because the British Government wants the world to recognize Britain as a country, so they have passed laws proclaiming "British citizenship". This directly affects the status of Scottish, English and Welsh citizenship. Ultimately, the only way it will stop is if the countries involved in the "United Kingdom" abolish the "union" and get on with being independent, sovereign nations.
Until this happens, however, the Scottish Citizenship Register will serve as a collective petition by the people of Scotland, and as a declaration that protects Scottish citizenship and the birthright of the Scottish people.

The Goal of the Scottish Citizenship Register

The first goal is to be a place where citizens can collectively declare their proper nationality without hindrance and, in doing so, reject the labels forced upon them by the government. The second goal is to submit the Hall of Nationality list to the Scottish Parliament, the Scottish Executive, the Welsh Assembly, the British Parliament, and the British Government as a collective petition and formal protest against the unfair and derogatory citizenship and naturalization legislation currently in place - legislation that is in direct contrast to the natural birth right of every citizen of Scotland, England, and Wales. When the register contains enough names, this will happen.
